A Jungle Paradise with Fine Views
We loved the place and the concept so much that we extended our stay. The ocean view from our beautiful bungalow was amazing, and showering with the sight of Marmejita beach was lovely. The hotel's respect for nature combined with the beauty of the jungle provided a tranquil oasis, especially Isidro. A minor improvement could be to have more options on the menu at the restaurant.

Staying at this place was fantastic for our family! We loved watching large boats sailing in the beautiful waters while our kids played in the shallow area. The location was just perfect for getting to the beach, and there were plenty of jungle paths for explorations.
In my wife's opinion, clearer signs would be helpful for families.

Amazing views and serenity
Our mornings began with sweet melodies of nature mixed with the sound of the waves. The fine ocean view from our bungalow was nothing short of paradise. We loved taking walks through the jungle paths and relaxing by the refreshing pool. Isidro, our host, were really good, we felt welcomed every single day.
While we appreciated the tranquility, the pathways could benefit from clearer signage for new visitors like us. A broader menu selection would enhance the overall dining experience, as we wished for a few more options .

The resort itself was really unique and a great place to unwind. the pool area was cool and the rooms were lovely. the architecture and surroundings were beautiful. Sleeping in a mosquito net was pretty novel and the beds were super comfy. the staff, especially the manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful with any questions. the manager even came to pick me up when I couldn't find a cab.
Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. the road to get there was not accessible for everyone, so expect a long walk from the center.

The moment we arrived at Cocolia, we were blown away by the stunning architecture and breathtaking views. Our room, a cozy little hut, offered complete privacy and featured wooden sliding doors that opened up to a small terrace with an ocean view. Even the shower and bed had ocean views, making our stay truly unforgettable. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. The service was outstanding, with the staff accommodating our requests for taxis and even arranging an early morning breakfast before our departure. The rooms were comfortable, with reliable wifi and hot water. The hotel's location was perfect for disconnecting from the outside world, with no wifi or signal, allowing us to truly relax in the middle of nature.

The room structures looked amazing in the photos and the views were nice. The architecture was impressive and the hotel had a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The lack of privacy between rooms was a major downside. We could hear everything from the people in the room above us, making the overall experience annoying and intrusive.
